Rob Thompson is the author of Manufacturing Processes for Design Professionals. An award-winning designer, he has been involved in the development of a range of products and his contribution to academia includes teaching and research at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, London. He is currently a principal designer at Nokia. Martin Thompson has received D&AD, Campaign Press, One Show and British Lion awards for his advertising photography. He has worked on major campaigns, including Volvo, Sainsbury’s, Volkswagen, Toyota, Sharwoods and Chivas Regal.
